We deliver mobile kitchen trailers to Oregon: full hoods, ranges, ovens, and sinks on wheels, with dish machine trailers and walk-in replacement trailers to match. A burst pipe, a failed compressor, or a renovation start date are all reasons to call, with weekly rentals and monthly leases available. They serve hospitals, nursing homes, K-12 schools, universities, correctional facilities, and hospitality kitchens that feed people every day. We handle delivery coordination and setup, and an on-call team picks up the phone around the clock. Request availability or a quote for your Oregon site today.

Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 25 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Oregon. The most recent is severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides, and mudslides (DR-4907), declared April 7, 2026. Events like that can cut power for days, which spoils walk-in inventory and closes hospital and school kitchens. An emergency refrigeration trailer holds product while a mobile kitchen trailer keeps meals going.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “Distribution System” (utilities, $674,079) after the severe storm(s) declared April 7, 2026 (DR-4907). Public rebuilding projects also bring crews who need meals. A mobile kitchen with a dish trailer can feed them on site.
Record FEMA Public Assistance also funded “Richardson & Gilbert Hall” (buildings and equipment, $160,620) after DR-4768. When a public building is repaired, its kitchen is often part of the job. A temporary kitchen trailer and a dish trailer keep meals going through the renovation.
During a declared emergency in Oregon, Oregon Department of Emergency Management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Budget from $1,895 a month for emergency cold storage, $4,995 for a dish trailer, and $4,995 for a full kitchen trailer. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

S.6Terms
Plain terms, before you pick up the phone. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
S.7Why us
A closed kitchen doesn't cancel lunch. Patients, students, residents, and crews still expect meals on time, so the temporary setup has to cook, wash, and keep food cold from day one.
01
Units arrive ready to connect, so setup is measured in hours.
02
A person answers the phone at any hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
03
We help match the trailer to your menu, staff, and site before anything ships.
04
Weekly rentals for emergencies, monthly leases for rebuilds, and extensions when a project slips.
05
Every unit page lists its equipment, so you know what's inside before delivery.
06
Power, water, wastewater, and placement are planned before delivery day.
We show the details before you call: each trailer's equipment, its power needs where we have them, and its starting monthly price. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
S.8FAQ
Yes. Oregon is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Size it by meals per day and menu. A 24 or 28 ft kitchen covers conventional service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and a tilting skillet; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Share your meal count and we'll recommend one.
Yes. A common layout pairs a kitchen trailer with a dishwashing trailer and a refrigerated trailer, placed so staff can move between them. We plan the footprint, power, and water for all of them together.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
