Mobile commercial kitchen rentals are our core service in Delaware, with commercial dishwashing trailers and emergency refrigerated trailers rounding out the setup. Emergency breakdowns and scheduled construction both qualify, on weekly short-term rentals or monthly long-term leases. Any kitchen that can't skip a meal, from a nursing home to a university to a correctional facility, is the kind of customer we work with. We coordinate delivery, placement, and setup around your power, water, and site access. Ask us to check availability in Delaware and send a quote.

Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 12 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Delaware. The most recent is severe winter storm (DR-4916), declared May 29, 2026. Events like that can cut power for days, which spoils walk-in inventory and closes hospital and school kitchens. An emergency refrigeration trailer holds product while a mobile kitchen trailer keeps meals going.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “DNREC Bancroft Pedestrian Bridge replacement” (roads and bridges, $3,461,336) after the hurricane declared October 24, 2021 (DR-4627). Rebuilding work like that can close roads and cut utilities to nearby kitchens. A leased kitchen trailer on temporary service keeps a facility cooking through the shutoffs.
Record FEMA Public Assistance also funded “Hagley Foundation Building and Equipment - Visitor Center” (buildings and equipment, $569,951) after DR-4627. Repairs and remodels like that are when a rental kitchen earns its keep: meals keep going while the permanent space is rebuilt.
During a declared emergency in Delaware, Delaware Emergency Management Agency and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Budget from $1,895 a month for emergency cold storage, $4,995 for a dish trailer, and $4,995 for a full kitchen trailer. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

S.6Terms
Plain terms, before you pick up the phone. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.

S.8FAQ
Yes. Delaware is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Yes. Rentals run by the week or by the month (1 week or monthly), and a long-term lease can last for the full length of a multi-month rebuild.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Yes. A common layout pairs a kitchen trailer with a dishwashing trailer and a refrigerated trailer, placed so staff can move between them. We plan the footprint, power, and water for all of them together.
