Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 5 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Clark County, Ohio. The most recent is severe storms and straight-line winds (DR-4077), declared August 20, 2012. After a declared disaster, repair crews are booked for weeks. Renting a temporary kitchen and cold storage early keeps a facility serving while it waits its turn.
ScenarioA job site outside Catawba with no restaurant nearby could feed crews from a mobile kitchen trailer, with shower-restroom trailers on the same delivery.
ScenarioA nursing home in Donnelsville renovating its kitchen still serves three meals a day. It could rent a kitchen trailer for the build and add a dish trailer to keep using real plates.
During a declared emergency in Clark County, Ohio, Ohio Emergency Management Agency and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Three months in a standard kitchen trailer starts at $14,985 in equipment; add a dish trailer from $4,995 a month or cold storage from $1,895 a month. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.
K.5Terms
What every rental includes, wherever the site is. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
A closed kitchen doesn't cancel lunch. Patients, students, residents, and crews still expect meals on time, so the temporary setup has to cook, wash, and keep food cold from day one.
01
We plan the unit, route, and placement on the first call, which cuts the time from call to first meal.
02
Kitchen emergencies don't wait for business hours, and our line doesn't either.
03
Sizing, utilities, delivery, setup, and pickup run through one team.
04
Short-term and long-term terms on the same simple basis: by the week or by the month.
05
Commercial ranges, convection ovens, tilting skillets, and dish machines built for institutional volume.
06
Access routes, stairs or ramps, and hookups are agreed in advance.
No surprises: published equipment lists, a starting monthly price on every unit, setup times stated up front, and a staffed 24/7 phone line. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Clark County, OH is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Size it by meals per day and menu. A 24 or 28 ft kitchen covers conventional service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and a tilting skillet; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Share your meal count and we'll recommend one.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Yes. Rentals run by the week or by the month (1 week or monthly), and a long-term lease can last for the full length of a multi-month rebuild.
