Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 12 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Mercer County, New Jersey. The most recent is remnants of hurricane ida (DR-4614), declared September 5, 2021. Events like that can cut power for days, which spoils walk-in inventory and closes hospital and school kitchens. An emergency refrigeration trailer holds product while a mobile kitchen trailer keeps meals going.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “Prallsville Mills Towpath Area” (roads and bridges, $1,651,948) after the tropical storm declared September 5, 2021 (DR-4614). Rebuilding work like that can close roads and cut utilities to nearby kitchens. A leased kitchen trailer on temporary service keeps a facility cooking through the shutoffs.
Record FEMA Public Assistance also funded “NJSP Forensic Laboratory Building” (buildings and equipment, $1,000,000) after DR-4614. Repairs and remodels like that are when a rental kitchen earns its keep: meals keep going while the permanent space is rebuilt.
During a declared emergency in Mercer County, New Jersey, New Jersey Office of Emergency Management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Budget from $1,895 a month for emergency cold storage, $4,995 for a dish trailer, and $4,995 for a full kitchen trailer. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

K.5Terms
What every rental includes, wherever the site is. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
A closed kitchen doesn't cancel lunch. Patients, students, residents, and crews still expect meals on time, so the temporary setup has to cook, wash, and keep food cold from day one.
01
We plan the unit, route, and placement on the first call, which cuts the time from call to first meal.
02
Start an emergency kitchen or cold storage rental with one call, any time.
03
One contact from the first call to the last day on site.
04
Short-term and long-term terms on the same simple basis: by the week or by the month.
05
Stainless interiors and commercial appliances sized for real meal counts.
06
We schedule delivery, setup, and pickup around the work happening on your site.
What we list is what we quote: a named unit, its equipment, a starting monthly rate, and a person on the phone any hour. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Mercer County, NJ is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Yes. Renovation is the most common reason to rent. The trailer parks next to your building, connects to power and water, and carries food service until the permanent kitchen reopens. Weekly and monthly terms let the rental follow your construction schedule.
Mobile kitchen trailers from 24 ft to 40 ft, dishwashing trailers with push-through or conveyor machines, and refrigerated trailers and containers. For crews and long projects we also rent shower-restroom, laundry, and sleeper trailers.
