Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 2 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Clark County, Nevada. The most recent is heavy rains and flooding (DR-1583), declared March 7, 2005. Storms and floods of that scale often damage kitchens below grade or knock out gas and power. A kitchen trailer rental parked near the dock can carry food service until the building is safe.
ScenarioA campus in Boulder City building a new dining hall often closes the old kitchen first. A kitchen trailer rental and a dishwashing trailer could bridge the gap.
ScenarioSchools near Mesquite often remodel cafeterias over the summer. A leased mobile kitchen would keep summer meal programs running.
During a declared emergency in Clark County, Nevada, Nevada Division of Emergency Management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Budget from $1,895 a month for emergency cold storage, $4,995 for a dish trailer, and $4,995 for a full kitchen trailer. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

What every rental includes, wherever the site is. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.

Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
Kitchens fail on their own schedule: a compressor on a holiday, a hood before an inspection, a renovation that runs long. Our job is to keep your meal service on your schedule anyway.
01
We plan the unit, route, and placement on the first call, which cuts the time from call to first meal.
02
A person answers the phone at any hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
03
Sizing, utilities, delivery, setup, and pickup run through one team.
04
Weekly rentals for emergencies, monthly leases for rebuilds, and extensions when a project slips.
05
Every unit page lists its equipment, so you know what's inside before delivery.
06
Power, water, wastewater, and placement are planned before delivery day.
We show the details before you call: each trailer's equipment, its power needs where we have them, and its starting monthly price. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Clark County, NV is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Size it by meals per day and menu. A 24 or 28 ft kitchen covers conventional service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and a tilting skillet; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Share your meal count and we'll recommend one.
Match it to volume. A 22 to 26 ft low-temperature push-through trailer handles moderate service; 30 and 38 ft conveyor trailers handle hospital, campus, and correctional volume. The 30 ft conveyor trailer needs three-phase power.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
