Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 16 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Sullivan County, Missouri. The most recent is severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, and flooding (DR-4929), declared August 3, 2026. Events like that can cut power for days, which spoils walk-in inventory and closes hospital and school kitchens. An emergency refrigeration trailer holds product while a mobile kitchen trailer keeps meals going.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “Green City Water Line Critical Repairs” (utilities, $122,170) after the severe storm(s) declared July 9, 2019 (DR-4451). Rebuilding work like that can close roads and cut utilities to nearby kitchens. A leased kitchen trailer on temporary service keeps a facility cooking through the shutoffs.
ScenarioA hotel in Pollock remodeling its kitchen could keep banquets booked by cooking in a rented commercial kitchen beside the building.
During a declared emergency in Sullivan County, Missouri, state and local emergency management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Budget from $1,895 a month for emergency cold storage, $4,995 for a dish trailer, and $4,995 for a full kitchen trailer. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

K.5Terms
The same terms apply in every state, county, and town we serve. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
A closed kitchen doesn't cancel lunch. Patients, students, residents, and crews still expect meals on time, so the temporary setup has to cook, wash, and keep food cold from day one.

We plan the unit, route, and placement on the first call, which cuts the time from call to first meal.

Start an emergency kitchen or cold storage rental with one call, any time.

Weekly rentals for emergencies, monthly leases for rebuilds, and extensions when a project slips.
05
Every unit page lists its equipment, so you know what's inside before delivery.
06
We schedule delivery, setup, and pickup around the work happening on your site.

A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Sullivan County, MO is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Yes. A common layout pairs a kitchen trailer with a dishwashing trailer and a refrigerated trailer, placed so staff can move between them. We plan the footprint, power, and water for all of them together.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Match it to volume. A 22 to 26 ft low-temperature push-through trailer handles moderate service; 30 and 38 ft conveyor trailers handle hospital, campus, and correctional volume. The 30 ft conveyor trailer needs three-phase power.
