Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 14 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Lewis County, Missouri. The most recent is severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, and flooding (DR-4929), declared August 3, 2026. After a declared disaster, repair crews are booked for weeks. Renting a temporary kitchen and cold storage early keeps a facility serving while it waits its turn.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “DR4451MO CITY OF CANTON CITY WIDE ROADS AND LAGOON ROAD” (roads and bridges, $291,288) after the severe storm(s) declared July 9, 2019 (DR-4451). Rebuilding work like that can close roads and cut utilities to nearby kitchens. A leased kitchen trailer on temporary service keeps a facility cooking through the shutoffs.
ScenarioA hotel in Ewing remodeling its kitchen could keep banquets booked by cooking in a rented commercial kitchen beside the building.
During a declared emergency in Lewis County, Missouri, state and local emergency management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

Plain terms, before you pick up the phone. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.

Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
Kitchens fail on their own schedule: a compressor on a holiday, a hood before an inspection, a renovation that runs long. Our job is to keep your meal service on your schedule anyway.
01
We plan the unit, route, and placement on the first call, which cuts the time from call to first meal.
02
Kitchen emergencies don't wait for business hours, and our line doesn't either.
03
One contact from the first call to the last day on site.
04
Rent for a week or lease for as long as the renovation runs.
05
Stainless interiors and commercial appliances sized for real meal counts.
06
Access routes, stairs or ramps, and hookups are agreed in advance.
What we list is what we quote: a named unit, its equipment, a starting monthly rate, and a person on the phone any hour. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Lewis County, MO is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Size it by meals per day and menu. A 24 or 28 ft kitchen covers conventional service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and a tilting skillet; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Share your meal count and we'll recommend one.
Often, but it depends on the jurisdiction. Health, building, fire, and temporary-use approvals vary by city and county and by how the kitchen will be used. Contact your local authorities early; we'll provide the equipment details they ask for.
