Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 9 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Cass County, which includes West Line. The most recent is severe winter storm and snowstorm (DR-1961), declared March 23, 2011. Events like that can cut power for days, which spoils walk-in inventory and closes hospital and school kitchens. An emergency refrigeration trailer holds product while a mobile kitchen trailer keeps meals going.
ScenarioA job site outside Cleveland with no restaurant nearby could feed crews from a mobile kitchen trailer, with shower-restroom trailers on the same delivery.
ScenarioSchools near Freeman often remodel cafeterias over the summer. A leased mobile kitchen would keep summer meal programs running.
During a declared emergency in West Line, Missouri, state and local emergency management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Three months in a standard kitchen trailer starts at $14,985 in equipment; add a dish trailer from $4,995 a month or cold storage from $1,895 a month. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.
T.5Terms
The same terms apply in every state, county, and town we serve. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. Starting rates are the same in West Line as everywhere else; delivery is quoted by distance from Lee's Summit, about 25 straight-line miles away. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
T.6Why us
A closed kitchen doesn't cancel lunch. Patients, students, residents, and crews still expect meals on time, so the temporary setup has to cook, wash, and keep food cold from day one.
01
Units arrive ready to connect, so setup is measured in hours.
02
A person answers the phone at any hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
03
We help match the trailer to your menu, staff, and site before anything ships.
04
Rent for a week or lease for as long as the renovation runs.
05
Every unit page lists its equipment, so you know what's inside before delivery.
06
Power, water, wastewater, and placement are planned before delivery day.
What we list is what we quote: a named unit, its equipment, a starting monthly rate, and a person on the phone any hour. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
T.7FAQ
Yes. West Line, MO is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Yes. A common layout pairs a kitchen trailer with a dishwashing trailer and a refrigerated trailer, placed so staff can move between them. We plan the footprint, power, and water for all of them together.
Size it by meals per day and menu. A 24 or 28 ft kitchen covers conventional service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and a tilting skillet; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Share your meal count and we'll recommend one.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
