Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 7 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Lake County, Minnesota. The most recent is severe storms and flooding (DR-4797), declared June 28, 2024. Storms and floods of that scale often damage kitchens below grade or knock out gas and power. A kitchen trailer rental parked near the dock can carry food service until the building is safe.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “Facility Access Cranberry Road & Associated Culverts” (roads and bridges, $303,580) after the flood declared June 28, 2024 (DR-4797). Rebuilding work like that can close roads and cut utilities to nearby kitchens. A leased kitchen trailer on temporary service keeps a facility cooking through the shutoffs.
ScenarioA nursing home in Silver Bay renovating its kitchen still serves three meals a day. It could rent a kitchen trailer for the build and add a dish trailer to keep using real plates.
During a declared emergency in Lake County, Minnesota, state and local emergency management and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Mobile kitchen trailers start from $4,995 a month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

K.5Terms
The same terms apply in every state, county, and town we serve. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
Kitchens fail on their own schedule: a compressor on a holiday, a hood before an inspection, a renovation that runs long. Our job is to keep your meal service on your schedule anyway.

24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Lake County, MN is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Match it to volume. A 22 to 26 ft low-temperature push-through trailer handles moderate service; 30 and 38 ft conveyor trailers handle hospital, campus, and correctional volume. The 30 ft conveyor trailer needs three-phase power.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Often, but it depends on the jurisdiction. Health, building, fire, and temporary-use approvals vary by city and county and by how the kitchen will be used. Contact your local authorities early; we'll provide the equipment details they ask for.
