Items marked RECORD come from public FEMA data; items marked SCENARIO are planning examples, not past jobs.
Record FEMA lists 10 major disaster declarations since 2000 covering Autauga County, Alabama. The most recent is severe storms, straight-line winds, and tornadoes (DR-4684), declared January 15, 2023. After a declared disaster, repair crews are booked for weeks. Renting a temporary kitchen and cold storage early keeps a facility serving while it waits its turn.
Record FEMA Public Assistance funded “Electrical Distribution System” (utilities, $197,248) after the other declared May 5, 2023 (DR-4710). Rebuilding work like that can close roads and cut utilities to nearby kitchens. A leased kitchen trailer on temporary service keeps a facility cooking through the shutoffs.
ScenarioA hotel in Autaugaville remodeling its kitchen could keep banquets booked by cooking in a rented commercial kitchen beside the building.
During a declared emergency in Autauga County, Alabama, Alabama Emergency Management Agency and local officials direct public relief logistics, staging, and road access. Our deliveries are separate private arrangements: we confirm the route, site entrance, and placement with you and follow any access limits officials publish.
Three months in a standard kitchen trailer starts at $14,985 in equipment; add a dish trailer from $4,995 a month or cold storage from $1,895 a month. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. See every unit's starting price.

K.5Terms
The same terms apply in every state, county, and town we serve. A quote covers equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your address. We rent to commercial, institutional, and industrial sites only, not for residential use. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; availability is confirmed per project.
1 week or monthly: short-term rentals or long-term leases.
Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, emergencies included.
Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. Stairs: 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed. Ramp: 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.
Scheduled for your site and confirmed in the quote. GPS tracking possible on request.
K.6Why us
A closed kitchen doesn't cancel lunch. Patients, students, residents, and crews still expect meals on time, so the temporary setup has to cook, wash, and keep food cold from day one.
01
Units arrive ready to connect, so setup is measured in hours.
02
Kitchen emergencies don't wait for business hours, and our line doesn't either.
03
We help match the trailer to your menu, staff, and site before anything ships.
04
Rent for a week or lease for as long as the renovation runs.
05
Commercial ranges, convection ovens, tilting skillets, and dish machines built for institutional volume.
06
We schedule delivery, setup, and pickup around the work happening on your site.
No surprises: published equipment lists, a starting monthly price on every unit, setup times stated up front, and a staffed 24/7 phone line. We work with hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour with your address, meals per day, when the kitchen went down, and the power and water on site.
K.7FAQ
Yes. Autauga County, AL is inside our nationwide service area. Delivery timing and cost depend on your exact address, the unit, and site access, and both are confirmed in your quote. We have no local office; trailers come to your site.
The same starting prices apply here as everywhere else we serve: kitchens from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address.
Call (888) 385-5513, 24/7. We'll check which kitchen trailers are available for your site, confirm your power and water, and give a delivery time once availability is confirmed. A refrigerated trailer can ride on the same delivery if your walk-in is down too.
Electrical service, potable water, and a wastewater plan. Our standard kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200 to 220 amps; each unit page shows its own requirement. Wastewater goes to a sewer connection or to holding and pump-out, depending on the site.
Size it by meals per day and menu. A 24 or 28 ft kitchen covers conventional service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and a tilting skillet; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Share your meal count and we'll recommend one.
Match it to volume. A 22 to 26 ft low-temperature push-through trailer handles moderate service; 30 and 38 ft conveyor trailers handle hospital, campus, and correctional volume. The 30 ft conveyor trailer needs three-phase power.
